It is best to contact us by phone.
You may call my cell number if you have it, however, I don’t usually answer it during work hours. My business line automatically rolls over to my cell phone if I am not in. We are a very busy store and we usually fill our days with appointments one to two days in advance.
If you call and leave a message and don’t hear back from us right away, call again. You are not bothering us, we value your business and would love to talk to you. We generally answer the phone lines from 10 AM to 10 PM.
We will try to reply to your emails, but in the hectic, busy days we do not always get time to read them. We read our emails once every day or two, so when we do, it is usually late at night. I do not always remember the email messages when I open the store, as appointments start showing up and I frankly don’t get time.
Call us, it is much quicker. We do not text, and I don’t know where the messages go, I do not see them. I do have Facebook and do read it about the same as email.
